Neighbourhood Forum Update and Meeting 19th November

The ‘designated area’ of Werrington was approved last week and the official notice is on https://www.peterborough.gov.uk/council/planning-and-development/planning-policies/neighbourhood-plans/. It will be in Peterborough Telegraph this week and will be sent to the library.

A formal application form to form the Neighbourhood Forum has now been sent to Peterborough City Council

Mark Deas of ACRE (a planning consultant) will be coming to the next meeting of Werrington Area Forum on Monday 19th November at 7pm at Education Centre to talk about the basics of Neighbourhood Planning, what it can and can’t do and to answer questions. It will precede the meeting of the Neighbourhood Council and all are welcome to attend the subsequent meeting.

Applications to join the Forum are still very welcome (and always will be going forward) especially if we get questioned by the City Council about our declared representations
