The Werrington Community Forum

This is your chance to let both the Neighbourhood Council and the local City Councillors know your feelings on Community issues.

There are a range of topics available but you can also start your own thread.

BE WARNED however, the Forum is moderated and whilst we encourage free and open debate, misuse will not be tolerated.

There are a number of issues on which we would particularly welcome your input...

The Werrington North Development and its consequences, what are your concerns?

Ken Stimpson School; negative comments from an Ofsted inspection but strong public defence from parents and pupils, what’s your view?

Are Fulbridge Road and Lincoln Road becoming ‘rat runs’, should traffic calming measures or speed cameras be introduced?

Werrington Centre, there can be no doubt that the increase in Community Policing and the dispersal order are welcomed and are beginning to produce results. Is it enough, what would you do?

Facilities for Young People, should there be more? Among the comments made to the local Councillors on their regular walk-abouts is that there is nothing for young people over school age to do in Werrington. Your opinions will be welcomed.

Your contributions are important because they will guide the way forward and enable all of your elected representatives to reflect your opinions
